How do I play the server?

Head over to #How-to-play. Join the Discord server and follow the tutorial for your device. If you're having any issues, feel free to create a ticket in #tickets.

How can I deposit, and who do I contact if I have issues?

If you want to deposit, please read #How-to-purchase-premium-wls and follow the instructions accurately. If you didn't receive your deposit, please send proof of your deposit to @Vyte and explain the issue concisely.

I got banned in-game; how can I get unbanned?

Please create a "Ban Appeal" ticket in #tickets, and one of our staff members will assist you.

I forgot my email, password, or 2-FA code; what do I do?

Type -recover in #bot-commands, and you will receive instructions on how to recover your account.

I got muted or banned from the Discord server; how can I appeal it?

DM one of our @Discord Moderators. They are in charge and will help you. Spamming them will result in being ignored.

If I find a bug or glitch, where do I report it?

Please report all bugs and glitches in #bug-reports. Our community leaders will review and address them.

Will my account be deleted for inactivity?

No, your account will not be deleted, but your worlds will become inactive after 90 days of inactivity.

Can I get a refund on any of my purchases?

No. Once an item or role has been purchased, it is no longer refundable. Please spend wisely.

How to Avoid Being Ignored by Staff

  • Ensure the staff is online. Messaging an offline staff member may lead to slower responses.
  • Be direct. Avoid generic messages like "Hi" or "Can you help me?". Instead, state your issue clearly in the first message.
  • Don't spam. Repeatedly messaging staff will result in a mute or kick.
  • Do not ping staff if they do not respond immediately. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

How to Purchase Roles or Premium World Locks

Purchasing Roles:

Type /shop in-game and click on the "Roles" tab.

Purchasing Premium World Locks:

  • To purchase using in-game Growtopia World Locks (RGT), type /deposit in-game and follow the steps.
  • To purchase using other payment methods (Credit Card, etc.), head to SHOP.
